Refund policy

Due to the nature of our product being a swimwear, Logut Swimwear does not accept returns or exchanges on any of our swimwears sold. We inspect all of our garments and packaging prior to shipping. However, if you do receive a damaged product, or you are sent an incorrect style, please contact us at info@logutswimwear.com within 2 days after the product has been received. We will work with you and resolve the issue. We would require you to return the product and after the product is returned and if we are satisfied that product has not been used and is returned in unworn, in original condition with tags and in original packaging, we would issue you refund within 14 days of returned product received by us or send you right size of product on the basis of information received from you as per your instruction to either take refund or exchange. If the exchanged product is damaged too or is of incorrect style, we would require you to send us back the product, and we would issue you refund within 14 days of receiving back the said exchanged product by us, and the order will be deemed as cancelled. It is important to acknowledge that the conclusive determination of the product's usage status rests with Logut Swimwear, and any disputes on this matter from your end will not be considered. If upon inspection we find the product as worn, used or not being returned in original condition, we would not issue you the refund but instead would reship the product we received from you, back to you. That being said, you need not be concerned if your claim is genuine.

Any product returned to us without requesting return first, will not be accepted.
